Do you panic the postman will look through the window?
This week I received an e-mail from a Mum and a valued customer.
“Since hitting puberty my daughter likes to take her top off. We have managed to persuade her that it's not appropriate at school, when out and about or in company but as soon as she's home & our backs are turned...off it comes! We tried your T shirt vests a while ago but she's a bit of a Houdini and took them off too. So we've just persevered by putting her top back on every few minutes or giving in when we're home alone & turning up the heating.
But I tried again some weeks ago ....& success! She is keeping them on now. I can't tell you what a difference it makes. I no longer panic if the postman looks through the window or unexpected visitors turn up. I don't have to rush past the Stannah stairlift engineer on the stairs to check she's decent. Oh the joys of being a parent of a child with special needs, eh?!”
I just felt it explained about our product and how they help in a way that we never can.
So thank you Mum for helping other families to know they are not alone.
Do you have any postman looking through the window experiences to share?
