Rackety's Exchange and Returns     

As we appreciate families who live with disability sometimes have additional pressures, we try to be as reasonable and flexible as possible. We understand it can be tricky to work out the correct size required straight away, or if the product will work with your wheelchair, or if it will suit your needs.

What’s your return policy?

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 28 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?

Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.

What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?

We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.

How long do I have to exchange items?

As with returns, we offer you 28 days to make your mind up.

How do I a return the package to Rackety’s?

If you need to send the package back for an exchange or refund

  2. Return the form with the goods in the post
  3. Use pre-addressed label provided
